    I have not made these di t – I studied on my own and went with low-carb high protein and fat, and my fastest weight loss in the first week was – about 22 lbs. ? After that I continued to lose? About 5 pounds per week with no problems. And the food was lost 3600-4200 calories a day (with lots of wheel combination, as I love it …) If you eat properly, only 1-2? per week seem to w? rde really low. If all k? You can lose it a real Ern? Currency, there is something wrong. Great info on your site, Zoe!

    Question wants to be sure, the book says no milk in the first phase, question: Can I cream in first phase I No, we should not coffee, but I’m scared to Give Up, that I only have one per day and not too much caffeine in it. Purpose is? I have the cream, or no, meat only, VEG, 1st Phase . and eggs. . no K? se . St? Hnen

You need to m? With the core of meat, fish, eggs, dairy products, vegetables? Se, and not much fruit salad / whole grain itself may need during the phase of weight loss stick. .! Food intolerance causes and people look and feel dramatically better without them. Many people do not ssten m? Blood pressure if you eat junk PROCESSED stopped. How f? All I was missing is a di t begin to access the 5 days, and perhaps choose, if I f? erwerbsf? higen then I will upgrade and / or receive the book. I have Candida and gluten-intolerance and had a lot of Nahrungsmittelunvertr? Possibilities then w? Rde I know this to help me.

    @ Victoriabenn It’s the opposite – the WAS Di t-club set up? Expense to our people, the Ern? Currency. It was not to sell the book to set up – you’ve captured it all read it, or a friend. All you need is in the book – I have a tone of stuff (and videos) aussi on line at my expense – you can not expect me to give away a book with 20 years of research and experience behind it for free? I need to pay the bills!
