    Not really sure? Over the 3,000 calories recommended? I am 100% low-fat, vegan much raw fruit, are almost 2 years f? R. I read the book twice 80/10/10 Ern? Currency and now it h? Quite well on the suggestions? GE. I white? still not enough? ben As much as I intend to live a sedentary lifestyle and fairly. I think I only need about 1500 – 1800 CALs per day or I’m starting to gain weight.

    @ 82Bdog good debate from both of you. It is an important issue. And I’ve learned something. Good point? Being confused about instincts. On the other hand, I follow my instincts of hunger and end at 1800 calories per day. I maintain my weight (I’m 5’7 “and small) and I bike ride, walk and lift weights. I’ll see if more calories are Aim me more energy.
