@ G9g9g9 You Need about 1 O3 4 grams per day. . That `s like a Teel spoon below. . Sun . They are pretty much covered. I eat a little linseed Every Day. . This may also therefore be overkill. . However ginestin contain flax and that is very healthy. . Teel such a spoon a few times a day is more than ample. A little seed Will Sesami meet your calcium. . Purpose in reality? T. . Fruits and Gem is more than enough for the se? R everything. =)

II was around 78kg at 189cm, now when I started on the 95th I am very gl? Cklich represent? Calc . I have some Agilit t St lost? Gained strength goal. . . I Dig L Cher in the ground when I walk back in the ball?? PCalories Is The Answer IMO.
Thanks Harley. I have about 70% raw almost 2 months. There was a lot more restful sleep especially benefits already. Goal I’ve lost a lot of weight when I thought I was already pretty lean to begin. I was 188cm / 82kg to 75kg and now I am! Most of this fat target some of it muscle, has been frustrating, has ended. I train 5-6 days a week. Their message? About seeing it-to-long term really caught on with me. I’ll stay out of this. Thank you.
What’s in your backpack – I eat lunch 3000 CALs almost a day on average fruit usually about 4 kg of fruit (edible part) and 500-1000 grams Size nzeug?. The best way imo to eat less fat and I get my official eating more calories than needed. Funny how that works, it should do. Love your vids. <3

Yesterday I had mango pac0re @ 5? Apples days ago 10, 24 hour fast before a day 13 days before banana. It is not a strict serial number which I did not eat more than twice in one day and I did not recommend to 2000 calories per day. Let the Fr? RIGHTS N? Hrstoffe I need at low condensing Subject? GE so I do not need to eat as if I’m on the SAD Di? T

@ JuggaloOzi Any food can make you grow in importance. If your calories come from fat then it is likely that you are gaining weight faster. If you eat 3000 calories and only burn 1000 calories per day (if there are fruit cakes, or dead animals). Laze makes people fat, lazy and bad eating creature makes you fatter faster, and now eat “healthy”, “raw”, “vegan”, ect. Will train and not too thick.
I’m starting to eat more real fruit. Oranges? Apples, passion fruit, banana, strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, pineapple, tangerines, nectarines, peaches. . . I’ve never eaten so much fruit in my life and I’m not fat. Infact it seems like the rolls of fat around my H? Ften have pretty much disappeared lol
