Would an anti-candida diet help me with my seborrheic dermatitis?

I’m asking because I have seborrheic dermatitis (I’m currently in the middle of a flare-up) and would like to keep off steroids. I understand that seborrheic dermatitis is fungal-related (to Candida and yeast) and auto-immune related, and feel that a diet that goes against the growth of candida would help me with this condition. What is your opinion on this?

My opinion is that initially? Reach all, it’s not really left? E? Yeast, and, second, r? Anti-candida regime does not make sense w? Re? all. There is a dermatologist to the States and the United States, dr? Tends that psoriasis is associated? ? intestinal candida, but it is in the minor? Matter of opinion.
