I have had such a rough time for the past few weeks. I will make this as short as possible. My daughter is 8 months old. She had croup, that turned into an ear infection, she was on Omnicef. She finished the antibiotics on Sunday. Sunday night she was up all night and cried and cried. So I got her back in to the doc today. Instead of one ear infection, she now has one in both ears. So, since she was on antibiotics and finished them, she has to get 3 shots of Rocephin and then if she isn’t any better on Thursday, we will talk other options. She was crying when the doc was looking in her ears, and I saw she had thrush, and I told the doc I saw white spots in her mouth and that she had thrush. He said “Ok, I will give her Nystatin” So, my grandmother-in-law is keeping Rylee today and she called and said the instructions said “Apply to affected area with each diaper change” I asked her if it was a cream, she said yes.
