Can you have impacted wisdom teeth removed when you have oral thrush?

Hi. As a result of 2 treatments with IV methylprednisone (i.e. – Solumedrol) over the past 12 months, I recently developed oral thrush. I’ve been rinsing with Nystatin 100.000 U/ML 4x per day for the past 9 days and have already seen significant improvement. However, my PCP told me to continue treatment until it has completely cleared, plus 1-2 days, and this may take a week longer or more. I am currently scheduled for surgery on 08/06/2008. Even if I am still on the Nystatin, will I be able to have my wisdom teeth extracted?
