can thrush be a sign of pregnancy ?

last period was the 3rd of feb not due again until 2 march . have just had treatment for thrush and have vry bad pains muscular under my rib cage ..done no exercise apart from the obvious been ttc 4 months now … please help
i do not have a STI have been married for 20years!!!!!!!
