Would Mastic Gum pills be useful in treating Candida ?
Has anybody tried using Mastic Gum pills for treatment against Candida? I know it works very well for eradication of Helicobacter but i was wondering if anybody tried it in treating Candida and whether it worked for them.
Yeast Infection at-home remedies and Menstruation?
I was going to try a few at home remedies that had very good responses for a yeast infection that has just started. The only thing is, I start my period tomorrow.. Can I still do them or wait a week?
Also, if I went to my doctor about it, what can she do considering I am on my period?

Why can I not use over the counter yeast infection treatment while I am pregnant?
I am 29 weeks pregnant..and I keep trying to get an appt to see my doctor for a yeast infection but they keep telling me to call back the next day..its been a week now and this is driving me insane! Its getting worse..Is it not safe to use the over the counter kind? Is there really a difference between that and the prescription kind??
Help!! Candidiasis! I keep getting recurrent yeast infections. I’ve been getting these for years but?
nom it’s all the time. I am stressed out by my new job and full time load at college, I get little rest. Also, I believe that it’s passed to my boyfriend because whenever we are intimate, it returns. The doctor says it is definitely candida. How do I go about getting him treatment without him thinking I’ve given him an STD? I’m using herbs right now and they are working.

I’m 14 (not sexually active) and i think I have one but I live with my dad and I’m scared to ask him to phone the doctor because that would be REALLY embarrassing.
Also here are the symptoms. Some stinging/ itching but not all the time and not too painful. No inflammation/redness I can see and yellowish lumpy discharge that smells a wee bit. Ew I know.
Best treatment to get rid of candida overgrowth?
I am hoping someone has been through this and can give me information on the best product to treat this problem without costing a whole lot (money is a little tight). I have been reading about threelac and also another product called syntol. I have seen a lot of good reviews on threelac, but can’t seem to find any on syntol. Please give me your opinion on these or other products if you or someone you know has gone through this treatment for candida overgrowth. I was also wondering about the oxygen drops and if they were helpful or even necessary. I am pretty sure I need to also take digestive enzymes and probiotics with the threelac? Also the best product (not expensive) for the leaky gut candida overgrowth causes? Also, how to prevent it from coming back without having to take threelac forever (its kind of expensive)? According to reviews I have read on threelac, it is the best, fastest and easiest product to use. I would really like to hear from someone that has used, or knows someone that has used threelac, their opinions on it and if they used other products with it.
Ear yeast infection -Home remedies?
I’m pretty sure my girl has a yeast infection – she has been violently scratching her right ear, flipping her head frantically too – since last night… in fact, she slept on my bed and kept me up most of the night doing so…
I looked at it this morning, and I don’t notice anything significantly differant about that ear, except some reddish wax… it also doesn’t have a significant smell.
In any case, I took some vinegar and swabbed her ear out with Q-tips… I also tied the ear open with all the hair she has, so that it has airflow.
For the moment she is being still and not scratching, because I keep telling her to “lay down” and “leave it”… but it won’t last long….
Please don’t persecute me for asking for a home remedy – my parents just spent $300 at the vet on a dog who got a blockage, and they aren’t about to spend anymore on something like a yeast infection unless it gets really bad, and it seems to be in the very beginning stages right now, so I think I can catch it.

Question about Candidiasis?
This is a bit embarrassing…but, can anyone share solid information about candidiasis…not just a vaginal yeast infection, but the whole body type. I have done extensive reading and some of it can scare the padoody out of you….so many of the articles discussing this condition somewhere in the information mention HIV/AIDS>….has anyone been diagnosed with candidiasis and followed through with an effective treatment plan that worked…If so please share.
